14 or more days before arrival: refund or gift certificate. 2–13 days before arrival: gift certificate only. Less than 24 hours before arrival, and early departures: non-refundable. Travel insurance is available at checkout. Bookings made through third-party platforms follow that platform's policies, and terms may vary for holidays and special events. Questions? All cabins include fresh linens, towels, air conditioning and heat, free WiFi, a covered porch with seating, and access to the on-site pool, campfire area, walking trails, and outdoor games. Cabins 10, 11, 12, and MeMaw's also include fully equipped kitchens with cookware, dishes, and utensils. See the full cabin list for individual details.

Most cabins sleep 2–4 guests depending on the configuration. King-bed-only cabins sleep 2 comfortably. Cabins with pull-out chairs or futons sleep 3–4. The kitchen cabins and MeMaw's can accommodate 2–4. Check the cabins page for specific sleeping details, or call us to match you to the right cabin for your group.

Absolutely. Our 10 RV sites are pull-through with full hookups (water, sewer, 20/30/50 amp electric). Big rigs, fifth wheels, and motorhomes are all welcome. See the RV & Camping page for details.

Yes — but all visitors must register with the front office and pay a visitor fee of $12.50 per person over 5 years old. Anyone not registered and accounted for is trespassing. See our full property policies.

Yes — all guests have access to our on-site swimming pool. Pool hours are typically dawn to dusk (approximately 8 AM – 9 PM). The pool is seasonal, generally open spring through fall. Please watch children at all times — there is no lifeguard on duty.

Yes, free WiFi is available throughout the property. Cell signal varies by carrier — most guests have good service, though it may be reduced in some areas of the property compared to a city. This is, after all, the Hill Country — and that's kind of the point.

Yes! We offer exclusive park rentals for weddings, reunions, corporate retreats, and other group events. You can book either a 12-hour venue rental or a full 2-day park rental that gives you exclusive access to the entire property. Absolutely. Families are one of our favorite guest groups. Kids love the pool, the campfire area, the outdoor games, walking trails, and evening stars. Several cabins (like Cabin #2 with twin pull-outs, and MeMaw's with a fenced yard) are especially well-suited for families with children.

Yes — MeMaw's Country Store is on-site and carries snacks, cold drinks, smoothies, essentials (forgot your toothbrush?), and Hill Country souvenirs. You can also shop online at the MeMaw's Store or pick up a gift certificate for someone special.
